ARRESTS

11:18 a.m., Sean Christopher Ludden, 45, of Clinton, was arrested and charged with violation of condition of release.
Saturday at 2:42 a.m., Jesse Allen Kwasniewski, 25, of Harmony, was arrested on three warrants and charged with violating condition of release.
IN WATERVILLE, Friday at 11:30 a.m., Jenna Porter, 31, of Oakland, was arrested and charged with theft at Wal-Mart at Waterville Commons.
Saturday at 12:20 a.m., Eric Thurlow, 35, of Waterville, was arrested on School Street and charged with four counts of burglary of a motor vehicle.
1:17 a.m., Jason Muzerolle, 39, of Waterville, was arrested on Chase Avenue and charged with operating under the influence (refused to take a test) and leaving the scene of an accident.
SUMMONSES
IN WATERVILLE, Friday at 12:24 p.m., Chase Duguay, 18, of Waterville, was summoned and charged with minor consuming liquor at Waterville Senior High School on Brooklyn Avenue.
10:52 p.m., Justin W. Ratliff, 34, of Waterville, was summoned and charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Kennedy Memorial Drive.
