Monday at 3:45 a.m., Myphu J. Phair, 38, of Winthrop, was arrested at Winthrop and State streets on charges of operating under the influence and refusing to sign criminal summons following a report of a crash at that site.

4:41 a.m. Patrick J. Cotnoir, 41, of Portland, was arrested on Enterprise Drive on a charge of operating under the influence.

Saturday at 9:11 p.m., Ryan D. Millay, 18, of Chelsea, was arrested on Dondero Road on a warrant.

GARDINER

Saturday at 12:36 a.m., Adam Franklin Royall, 29, of Gardiner was arrested on Brunswick Avenue on a charge of violating a protection order.

10:37 a.m., Jason Paul Folkner, 41, of Gardiner, was arrested on Winter Street on a warrant charging him with failure to pay a fine.

6:20 p.m., Kristie Lea Baker, 25, of Gardiner, was arrested on Blueberry Lane on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
