RANGELEY — Americana, a weekend celebrating American popular music, will take place Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 7-9, in the Rangeley Lakes Region.

Music lovers can attend all the events, and hear the Mallett Brothers Band, Dave Mello Blues Band, Roosevelt Dime, Ghost of Paul Revere, The Shizzle, as well as local entertainers and events at venues throughout Rangeley over the long weekend.

Participating venues include the RFA Lakeside Theater, Sarge’s Pub, Classic Provisions, 45th Parallel, and Moose Alley. Music will begin at 7 p.m., is planned for Saturday afternoon and evening, and Sunday afternoon and evening.
