Courthouse Gallery, at 6 Court St. in Ellsworth, will celebrate its 10th anniversary and the Acadia National Park Centennial with a group show beginning Wednesday. “10/100 Painting Acadia” highlights a range of dynamic Acadia imagery by more than 25 artists.
The gallery also will exhibit works by renowned nature photographer Tom Blagden, whose photographs are the subject of “Acadia National Park: A Centennial Celebration.” Also showing will be William Irvine: “Sea Change,” and sculpture by Kazumi Hoshino and Stephen Porter.
A number of gallery talks and events are planned, including a talk with historian Mark Honey on July 27.
The shows will be on view through Aug. 13.
