HALLOWELL — Vaughan Woods & Historic Homestead will host a Garden Party & Grounds Tour fundraiser from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday, June 25, at 2 Litchfield Road. Proceeds will support community programming and stewardship of Vaughan Woods.

The event will include a self-guided tour of the Homestead’s 200 year-old grounds, refreshments and view of the Kennebec River from the porch. Plein air artists will be at work in the gardens and around the house, a silent art and wet paint auction will be ongoing and purchase raffle tickets to bid on unique handmade and local items.

Ken Labrecque, who plays classical guitar, will perform, participating artists will include Chris Cart, Helene Farrar, Jen Paisley and Ellen Gibson.

Cash bar services will be provided by The Quarry Tap Room.
