Thursday at 5:59 p.m., a vehicle struck two deer on Wiscasset Road.
WINTHROP
Friday at 7:33 a.m., a Chevrolet Impala vehicle backing out of a parking lot into Bowdoin Street struck a portable sign as well as the American Legion building. The driver, a 79-year old Winthrop woman, suffered a medical emergency and was taken by Winthrop Ambulance to Central Maine Medical Center, according to Winthrop police Chief Ryan Frost, who said damage to the building was minimal.
9:02 a.m., police were asked to investigate a report of child abuse or assault on Highland Avenue.
ARRESTS
AUGUSTA
Thursday at 2:17 p.m., Alicia Marie Lutz, 25, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant after a report of suspicious activity on Stephen King Drive.
Friday at 5:45 a.m., Peter Vernard Corson, 50, a transient, was arrested on a warrant.
Friday at 5:45 a.m., Nathan T. Cloutier-Linton, 24, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on a warrant.
HALLOWELL
Thursday at 1:07 a.m., Mickey Leigh Labreck, 46, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant.
WINTHROP
Wednesday at 9:27 a.m., Bradley Brown, 35, of Winthrop, was arrested on Bowdoin Street on warrants charging him with failure to pay child support and failure to pay fines for operating after suspension.
