IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Friday at 6:24 p.m., John B. Arabasz, 66, of Anson, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence with one prior.
7:08 p.m., Victor R. Mellows, 52, of Fairfield, was arrested on a charge of contempt.
Saturday at 1:04 a.m., Jamie J. Johnson, 44, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence terrorizing.
7:12 p.m., Damien Lee Raymond, 32, of Skowhegan, was arrested on charges of refusing to submit to arrest and a probation hold on a warrant for failure to appear on a domestic violence assault charge.
Sunday at 12:41 a.m., Michael C. Handy, 43, of Harmony, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.
IN WATERVILLE, Sunday at 1:30 a.m., Mark Cote, 28, of Skowhegan, was arrested on High Street on a warrant.
