MADISON — Daystar Chapel, 574 Lakewood Road, will serve a free meal from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 11, to any person who has ever served in the U.S. military or is on current active duty. This includes Veterans, National Guard or Reserves.
