ARRESTS
IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wednesday, Duane Pollis, 47, of Wilton, was arrested on a warrant.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Wednesday at 3:46 p.m., Michael Matthew Thomas, 20, of Fairfield, was arrested on charges of forgery and operating while license suspended or revoked on two counts.
10:29 p.m., Angela Hannah Mae Mantha, 36, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of probation partially revoked.
