AUGUSTA — “Kitchen Scraps, Worms and Dirt,” a free do-it-yourself workshop is planned for 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 7, at the Unitarian Universalist Church “Drew House,” 6 Summer St.

There will be a door prize drawing for a complete “worms” start-up kit.
