ARRESTS

2:20 p.m., Michael W. Griffin, 27, of Waldoboro, was arrested on charges of operating while license suspended or revoked and a warrant by police responding to a report of suspicious activity on Howard Street.

RANDOLPH

Sunday at 7:09 p.m., John Albert Racine Jr., 26, of Randolph, was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault and obstructing a report of a crime by police responding to a late report of an assault on Windsor Street.
