ARRESTS
IN WATERVILLE, Friday at 12:30 a.m., Julien Luaretti, 20, of Jerusalem Road, Cohasset, Massachusetts, was arrested on Main Street on charges of criminal operating under the influence, operating without a license and minor consuming liquor.
IN WINSLOW, Thursday at 1:46 p.m., John Joseph Fournier, 51, of Bassett Road, Winslow, was arrested at his residence on two warrants.
