IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday, at 7:42 p.m., Ronald Groder, 44, of Spring Street, was arrested at the Waterville Public Library on charges of operating after suspension and violating conditions of release.
9:48 p.m., Noah Michaud, 22, of Oak Street, was arrested on the Concourse on an outstanding warrant.
