AUGUSTA — The New UU Class series led by the Rev. Carie Johnsen and Nancee Campbell will be held Tuesdays, March 3, 17 and 31, at the Fellowship Hall.
The classes will provide an opportunity to get together with those who are new to this faith, or those who are familiar with Unitarian Universalism and wish to re-focus with this congregation. The beginnings of the Unitarian and Universalist religions, their merger, and how these principles guide our work in the wider world and local community will be discussed, according to a news release from the church. Participants can share their religious journeys in a safe and supportive environment.
The New UU Class is a series of classes that will build upon one another so plan to attend all classes. To register, call the office administrator at 622-3232 or email admin@augustauu.org.
