Brunswick police have released a surveillance photograph of a man who robbed the Bank of Maine at 137 Maine St. at gunpoint Wednesday afternoon.
Cmdr. Mark Waltz said Thursday that the only new information is that the robber appears to have fled in a Saab. Police said the suspect appears to be in his mid-20s and is white. He was wearing a ‘Safari type’ hat, a tan neck warmer or scarf, a tan jacket, white-washed jeans, and white sneakers.
Brunswick police are encouraging anyone who recognizes the man to contact them at 725-5521. The FBI is working with police on the robbery.
