AUGUSTA — Once again, inclement weather is wreaking havoc with the state basketball tournament schedule.
With snow in the forecast, the Maine Principals’ Association moved the Western D girls semifinals and all Western C semifinals at the Augusta Civic Center from Thursday to Friday. As a result, the Eastern A girls and boys finals in Augusta was bumped from Friday night to Saturday afternoon.
The Thursday games in Bangor and Portland are still set to be played as scheduled, although the MPA said it would review the schedule Thursday morning.
