FARMINGTON — The Mt. Blue school district, Regional School Unit 9, recently announced registration dates for kindergarten and pre-kindergarten. Call the appropriate school for an appointment.

• Cape Cod Hill School, 1-3:30 p.m. Friday, March 6; 778-3031.

• Cushing School, 2 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, April 15; 645-2442.

• Mallett School kindergarten 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Thursday, May 28; 778-3529. Pre-K registration is 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Thursday, May 14, or 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Friday, May 15; 778-3529.

Children must be 5 years old on or before Oct. 15 in order to register for kindergarten. For pre-K, children must be 4 years old, on or before Oct. 15.

The child’s original birth certificate, up-to-date immunization records, a recent photo of the child and filled out parental questionnaire and medical history forms are required at signup.

Registration packets should be picked up at the child’s school and completed before the appointment.

Students currently enrolled in Mallett, Cushing or Cape Cod Hill School’s pre-K program do not need to re-register for kindergarten.
