Ear infections, flu and sprains are always inconvenient, and sometimes happen when your doctor isn’t available. That’s why MaineGeneral offers Express Care at two convenient locations in the Kennebec Valley: 15 Enterprise Drive in Augusta; and 211 Main St. in Waterville.
MaineGeneral Express Care is a great option when you have non-emergency conditions for which you want quick medical attention. Care is provided by highly qualified medical professionals; you can get care on a walk-in basis; and it costs much less than going to the Emergency Department.
Express Care is open from 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday-Friday, and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends and holidays.

Do not go to Express Care for severe or life-threatening symptoms such as difficulty breathing, chest pain or large open wounds. You should always go straight to the Emergency Department or call 911 if you have these symptoms.
