GREENVILLE JUNCTION — Members of the State Police dive teams from Maine and Connecticut have spent this week training in cold water, and Rhode Island’s team will join them next week.

The Maine Department of Public Safety says the training is taking place at Moosehead Lake, about 100 yards from the shore in Greenville Junction. The water temperature has been 32 degrees, and the ice is about 2 feet thick under heavy snow cover.
