IN WATERVILLE, Thursday at 6 a.m., Jason McVeigh, 41, listed as transient, was arrested on a warrant, on Winter Street.
IN WINSLOW, Wednesday at 6:56 p.m., Paul Robert Carpentier, of Clinton Avenue, was arrested on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and burglary on Clinton Avenue.
