Arrests
Thursday: In Augusta, at 2:09 a.m., Jeffery Graser, of Augusta, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence with one prior conviction by police on Eastern Avenue.
In Augusta, 10:18 a.m., two juveniles were arrested and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer by police responding to a report of shoplifting at Walmart on Civic Center Drive.
