WINSLOW — Winslow Public Library has planned the following activities:
Today
* Drawing (sixth grade and up), 1-2 p.m. Organizers will present the book “Imagine a Place” by Sarah L. Thomson as an example of surreal drawing. Kids can make drawings that involve playing with perspective.
* Arts and crafts, (for grades K-5), 2-3 p.m. Participants can make collage magnets out of old magazines.
Friday
* Ms. Jenn and the Nutrition Detectives will present “Traffic Light Eating!” at 10 a.m. There will be stories and participants can learn what foods are Green Light — Go Foods — Grow Foods!
* Board games and puzzles (grades K-12), 3-5 p.m.. Participants can play board games and work on puzzles.
