2 p.m., a 21-year-old Augusta woman was charged with theft by police responding to a complaint at Rite Aid on Hospital Street.
4:26 p.m., firefighters responded to a grease fire on Bolton Hill Road that reportedly spread to the attic. The fire was out by the time firefighters arrived. Crews determined the fire went into a vent above the stove and caused no damage. A man suffered minor burns on his hands.
