HANOVER, N.H. — Vice President Joe Biden is coming back to New Hampshire for the second time in two weeks.

Biden, who appeared with President Barack Obama at a rally in Portsmouth earlier this month, is heading to Hanover on Friday for a rally at Dartmouth College. He and his wife, Jill, also are attending a rally at the Statehouse on Friday evening and at Merrimack Middle School on Saturday. Jill Biden also will attend a Manchester Women for Obama-Biden canvass kick-off event in Manchester on Saturday.

In a sign of how seriously the campaigns are taking swing state New Hampshire, voters also got a visit this week from GOP vice presidential nominee Paul Ryan.
