FARMINGTON — In lieu of its traditional annual meeting at Franklin Memorial Hospital, Franklin Community Health Network will branch out into the community and host Community Rounds in four locations.

Attendees can receive a printed annual report, along with updates regarding new medical staff, services and programs, new patient safety initiatives, future plans and more. Presenters will include Rebecca Ryder, president of Franklin Community Health Network, and Joseph Bujold, board chair.

Interested community members are invited to attend a Community Round at one of the following locations:

  • Monday, Sept. 24, 5:30-7 p.m. at Franklin Memorial Hospital Bass Room.
  • Wednesday, Sept. 26, 5:30-7 p.m. in the Loon Lodge Function Room, Rangeley.
  • Thursday, Sept. 27, 5:30-7 p.m. at Sugarloaf Hotel Carrabassett Room, Carrabassett Valley.

All locations include a social hour from 5:30 to 6 p.m. with appetizers and refreshments. The program will begin at 6 p.m..

Friday, Sept. 28, 7:30-9 a.m., LaFleur’s Restaurant, Jay.

This program includes a social hour from 7:30 to 8 a.m. with a complimentary breakfast. The program will begin at 8 a.m.

The presentation of the annual Community Health

Leadership Award will take place at the Farmington location. Dr. Robert O’Reilly, president of the Franklin Memorial Hospital medical staff, will give a brief medical staff update at this site.
