WALES — Grant Carrier and Troy Haefele each scored three goals and added an assist to lead the St. Dominic Regional High School boys lacrosse team past Oak Hill 12-4 on Tuesday afternoon.

Cody Rodrigue had 11 saves for the Saints (4-0).

Kyle Flaherty scored two goals to lead the Raiders (3-2). Caleb Provost and Jon Averill also scored for Oak Hill while Matty Martin had 10 saves.

Averill and Provost each had assists as well.

College softball

BU 5, Maine 3: Chelsea O’Connor hit a home run, her fifth of the season, and the Terriers added three unearned runs in the top of the seventh to pull out the America East victory.

Whitney Tuthill earned the victory with 41/3 innings of relief. She allowed just one run for BU (34-14, 12-3 in America East).

Margaret Hilton hit a home run to lead the Black Bears (15-27-1, 6-8-1).

Jessica Burk and Jennifer Eberhardt each had a pair of hits for Maine as well.
