Jody Vagnoni meanders Sunday down the path before the Vietnam War Memorial in Augusta.  Vagnoni, an Italian national staying in Augusta, worked on his balance while his pal, Manel Sole, a Spaniard residing in Skowhegan, practiced juggling Capitol Park beneath blue skies which are forecast to persist Monday.
