AUGUSTA — Several people were sentenced in separate hearings held Tuesday in Kennebec County Superior Court:

Rhonda J. D’Andrea, 39, of Livermore Falls, operating while license suspended or revoked, April 14, 2011, in Chelsea; 24-hour jail sentence, credit for time served.

Kimberly J. Caouette, 31, of Augusta, theft by deception between March 6, 2010, and July 19, 2010, in Augusta; four-year jail sentence, with all but 10 days suspended, two years of probation; restitution of $11,097 already paid.

Craig C. Dorr, 39, of Augusta, criminal threatening April 17, 2011, in Augusta; 364-day jail sentence, all suspended, one year of probation.

Harrison Hamner, 24, of Rumford, theft by receiving stolen property, Feb. 22, 2011, in Winthrop; 364-day jail sentence, all suspended, one year of probation, $900 restitution.

Tasha Higgins, 28, of Oakland, operating under the influence March 22, 2011, in Waterville; three-year jail sentence, with all but 30 days suspended, two years of probation, $1,100 fine, six-year license and registration suspension.

James L. Mayhew IV, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer April 2, 2011, in Fairfield; 30-day jail sentence, $170 restitution.

Alex O. Stanley, 59, of West Gardiner, operating under the influence Oct. 13, 2011, in Gardiner; three-year jail sentence, with all but 45 days suspended, two years of probation, $1,100 fine, six-year license and registration suspension.
