Arrests:

IN WATERVILLE, Tuesday at 1:08 a.m., Donald Raymond, 38, of 20 Redington St., was charged with violation of condition of release on Redington Street.

1:52 a.m., Ryan Kohler, 24, of 11 Center St. in Oakland, was charged with operating under the influence on Western Avenue.

3:54 a.m., Roland Peters, 54, of 77 Elm St., was arrested on a warrant on Elm Street.
