Augusta, Gardiner and Winthrop area Knights of Columbus, through their petition efforts, encouraged Time Warner Cable TV to add Catholic Global TV station EWTN to the basic subscribers package in the Augusta area.

Basic subscribers will need a digital box to view EWTN. Time Warner will provide this box free for two years.

To obtain the box, basic subscribers must contact cable TV by Saturday, by calling 1-800-833-2253 or by visiting the local office at 83 Anthony Ave., Augusta. Customers must tell the representative that they are basic subscribers and want the box to view the EWTN station.
